The gentleman who dealt with me was amazing, friendly, and super helpful. He even cleaned the bracelet up for me as well. Prices on jewelry also looked extremely reasonable. When I came back to pick the bracelet up, there was a woman in there who was also extremely friendly and helpful. It’s a cool place with good vibes, and some cool items if you’re looking to purchase. I went into Santee Jewelry Pawn & Loan a month ago looking for a longer necklace for my diamond heart pendant and Steve the owner helped me find the perfect delicate box chain necklace! I love it. He told me to come back any time to have any jewelry repaired or cleaned. I went back in a month later to get a few rings resized and a zip lock bag of broken ,unused and found gold and silver I wanted to sell. Steve took his time with me and helped me understand (because I had asked) the difference in Gold Karat. Very interesting for sure. He weighed everything out and tested in front of me.
